Erica joined Community Law & Mediation (CLM) as Policy, Communications, and Public Affairs Manager in 2026. With close to two decades’ experience in strategic communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement across the legal, NGO, and private sectors, Erica is responsible for highlighting the incredible work, mission, and achievements of CLM on both a local and a national scale.

Erica has worked and volunteered across a broad spectrum of rights- and legal-focused organisations, including the Law Society of Ireland, Clio, New Communities Partnership, the Irish Wheelchair Association, Just Peoples, and the Irish Patients Association. She is passionate about rights-based advocacy work, community organisation and activation, and equity, environmental, and equality initiatives across society.

She holds a BA in English and Music from UCD, an MA in International Journalism from DIT (now Technological University Dublin), a Diploma in Digital Marketing and Online Communications from the European Institute of Communications, and a Diploma in Coaching from Mindstream.

She has previously worked on advocacy campaigns for civil legal aid (England and Wales), migrants rights, and healthcare reform.
