Gillian joined Community Law and Mediation in 2020 as an accountant on a part-time basis.  In 2026, Gillan was promoted to a full-time role of Finance Manager.

She is responsible for managing the finance function, compliance with accountancy practices and implementation of financial policies. 

Gillian prepares and reports monthly accounts as well as the annual budget to management and the board.  She is also responsible for the annual audit, payroll, pension scheme and ROS, CRA and CRO requirements as well as the budget of individual projects and funding applications .

Gillian is a Certified Public Accountant as well as has a degree in Finance & Business from MTU, Cork.   Prior to joining CLM Gillian has over 20 years experience within finance in industry.
