Louisa joined Community Law and Mediation as Chief Operating Officer in 2025.

She has over 30 years’ experience of working in the public and not-for-profit sector in the UK, most recently as CEO of the children’s legal charity, Just for Kids Law, and as Director of Policy, Rights and Advocacy at the UK’s Child Poverty Action Group.

She is passionate about working with organisations bringing together legal and policy work to create social change and a more equal society.
