Sinead joined CLM Limerick Service in 2023 to provide expertise in the area of housing law .

She provides legal advice and representation across a wide range of housing matters, including tenancy disputes, evictions, possession proceedings, social housing issues, and housing-related regulatory compliance.

Sinead previously practiced as a private solicitor in Wallace Reidy & Company and later in Leahy Reidy LLP, specialising in residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant law. Sinead has more than twenty years of service included advising a local authority on the housing acts in the context of handling of complex commercial and property development transactions.  

Her solid knowledge of the Housing Acts expanded into instructing on the providing of financial assistance to approved housing bodies engaged in the provision of housing for priority groups such as homeless persons, the elderly or person with a disability.
