Position 1:
Administrator, CE Scheme
The role of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to Community Law & Mediation.
Main Duties:
- Answer main phone line, respond to, direct and relay telephone messages and emails, and follow up when required.
- Entering of data into our client management system, Keyhouse.
- Provide service advice and information.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Type letters and other documentation.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and events.
- Booking appointments for legal clinics.
- Dealing with daily post.
Knowledge and skills desired:
- A positive work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS office
Training
Under the CE Scheme you will be provided relevant training.
Position 2:
Mediation Administrator, CE Scheme
The role of the Mediation Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Mediation department.
Main Duties:
- Answering phone calls, responding to and directing and relaying telephone messages and emails, and follow up when required.
- Organise and schedule meetings and cases and maintain online calendars.
- Input data in spreadsheets and reports on Keyhouse, CLM’s case management system.
- Dealing with mediation queries and follow ups.
- CPD/Training – coordinate and book CPD events (booking rooms, confirm participants, speakers & recording CPD hours in excel).
- Learning & Sharing – organising mediators to facilitate L & S sessions, (booking rooms, coordinating attendance to learning and sharing and recording hours).
- Reflective Practice – booking room for mentor meetings (one to ones & group meetings) and recording hours
Knowledge and skills required
- A positive work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS office

Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the CE scheme you must:
- Available 19.5 hrs a week and will run for 1 year
- Have been continuously unemployed for at least 12 months and “signing on” on a full-time basis; and
- Have been receiving a jobseeker’s payment (Jobseeker’s Benefit or Jobseeker’s Allowance) from the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection for at least 12 months; and
- Be currently receiving Jobseeker’s Allowance (JA)
Note: If you are getting JA and have break(s) of up to 30 days in your jobseekers record over the last 12 months, you will be eligible for CE Scheme.

Hours:
19.5 hours per week.
We currently have 2 positions available:
- Wednesday to Friday – 9.30 to 5.00
- Monday to Wednesday – 9.30 to 5.00
