Policy and Advocacy
One of the Centre for Environmental Justice’s central goals is to ensure environmental policy addresses inequality and is informed by the needs of marginalised communities.
As a result, policy and law reform submissions are a significant part of work. As new laws and policies relating to climate and the environment both nationally and internationally are drafted and released, we often submit our own submissions (occassionally joint submissions), with the aim of shaping it to suit the needs of the communities that we serve.
