Community Law and Mediation’s Submission to the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee, April 2025
In April 2025, Community Law and Mediation welcomed the opportunity to highlight issues with the implementation of the Aarhus Convention in Ireland. The submission comments on three issues that we have observed with implementation, including:
- Difficulties in accessing environmental information,
- The Planning and Development Act 2024,
- Public Participation.
