We often encounter a lack of awareness of how the law can assist in situations of homelessness or refusal of social welfare, issues that are critical to social inclusion as they most affect a person’s ability to participate fully in society.

For that reason, access to justice begins long before anyone steps inside a courtroom, it begins with creating an awareness of rights and the law so that the community are empowered to use the law to enforce those rights.
