Conflict Management Training 7th October 2026
This is a hands on workshop that will be focused on self-reflection, providing participants with the basic tools to manage day-to-day conflicts on their own.
The objectives of the workshop are:
- To help participants recognise their dominant conflict management style
- To help participants recognise positive and harmful communication habits
- To equipe participants with positive communication skills
- To equipe participants with conflict de-escalation tools
Conflicts do not have to be major, they can look like difficulties communicating/seeing eye-to-eye with family members, friends or co-workers.
This Conflict Management training will be delivered by CLM’s Mediation Team.
Location
This course is a half day course in the Northside Civic Centre, D17 K462. Conference Room 1 from 10am-1pm
