FREE Housing Law Training 29th October for Traveller Orgs & Groups
We are excited to announce Community Law and Mediation’s FREE Housing Law training for Traveller Organisations and Groups taking place on Thursday 29th October 10.30am-3.30pm in Cork City Library.
This training will cover topics such as:

- Housing legislation, allocation schemes and circulars
- Accessing social housing supports
- Assessment of eligibility and assessment of need
- Priority applications
- Forms of social housing supports
- Housing Assistance Payment (HAP)
- Culturally appropriate accommodation
- Accessing emergency accommodation
- Homelessness assessment
- Additional relevant issues
- Public sector duty
- Practical application
- Case examples

This course is a full day course in Cork City Library from 10.30am-3.30pm
