Rose Wall
Rose has been the CEO of Community Law & Mediation since 2013. She previously held the position of Managing Solicitor of the Mercy Law Resource Centre where she advised and represented clients who were homeless or at risk of homelessness in the areas of housing and social welfare law.
Having qualified as solicitor in 2008, Rose initially worked as plaintiff litigation solicitor representing clients before a variety of fora including the Hepatitis C and HIV Compensation Tribunal and the Residential Institutions Redress Board. She also volunteered during this time with FLAC and Ballymun Community Law Centre. She is a former law lecturer in a wide variety of areas with Griffith College Dublin and the Law Society of Ireland.
Rose is a solicitor and holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Dublin, Trinity College as well as a diploma in environmental law from the Law Society of Ireland. She is a member of the Law Society, Human Rights & Equality Committee, a Board Director with the Immigrant Council of Ireland, Community Foundation Ireland and a member of the International Bar Association Access to Justice Committee.
